this hotel offered a fab location and cheap rooms. stunningly beautiful view, a lovely balcony, comfortable bed, too. the good service combined with the awesome food.

I loved good location, informative staff. Rooms were wonderful & wonderful. They made my stay nice. Service was welcoming in the excellent central hotel. Had access to its wifi, it was free.

could be great for short stay. check-in was easy, stuff was helpful. they have breakfast, it costs nzd 11 per person per day.

Beds were too soft.

Set only 700 feet away, D Bar is a wonderful place to eat nearby. We appreciated new castle motor lodge. A characterful base for exploring Rotorua.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
